• Deep work on identifying patterns like; self sabotage, trauma, addictions, limiting beliefs, negative voices in your head that are sometimes so sneaky it rules you unconsciously.
• We will dive deep in all parts of yourself that have been ignored for way too long. We will go directly to the heart.
• The amount of truth you can see and accept about yourself is directly link to the amount of light you can hold.
